TWHA Back-To-Hockey Bash
August 29 - 31, 2025
Get ready for an action-packed, fun weekend of hockey! Trails West is excited to host the annual Back-To-Hockey Bash on Labour Day Weekend on August 29-31,2025! This year’s 3 vs 3 tournament is open to all U7 - U13 players, with at least 4 guaranteed ice-times and promises some thrilling matches and unforgettable moments. Registration is opening July 13th to all players who are registered for the upcoming 2025-2026 season.
Registration Fee
Individual registration - $100 per player (U7 - U13); $50 per goalie (U13 only)

Ice times at Flames Community Arenas
All ice-times are held at the Flames Community Arenas, with at least 4 guaranteed ice-time for every player.
Format
- Teams will consist of 7-9 players.
- Each age group will have a maximum of 4 teams.
- Teams will be finalized after registration closes on Aug 19
- All games for U7-U11 teams will be played on half-ice.
- U13 ONLY - teams will play on full-ice with goalies
- NOTE: Age divisions may be combined depending upon registration numbers.
Rules
- No coaches or referees
- On-ice parent volunteers required for U7 and U9 teams
- Line changes every 90 seconds
- Teams keep their own score
- If a team scores, all players must tag up, and puck is turned over to the opposing team
- If score differential is more than 5 goals, the team with less points can add a player until the difference in goals is less than 5
- No Body Checking
- Music, fun and enthusiasm!

Refund Policy
Refunds for the Back-To-Hockey Bash will be charged a $25 non-refundable administrative fee and will only be considered if prior to teams being rostered on TeamLinkt.
