Community Events with the Canadian National Women’s Hockey Team – Dec 9 to 11

Pond to Podium Development Series

As part of its preparations for the 2022 Olympic Winter Games, Canada’s National Women’s Team is taking on the Professional Women’s Hockey Players’ Association (PWHPA) all-star team in Calgary on December 9 and 11.

Team Canada strives to leave a legacy in every community on its Olympic journey, and, along with the PWHPA, is thrilled to share the following community events:

• Thursday December 9^th – 5:30-6:15pm MST (WinSport) – open to anyone 12 years of age and older
  • Live pre-game Q&A with Team Canada and PWHPA athletes which includes a free ticket to the game at 7pm.
• Friday December 10^th – 4:30-8:30pm MST (WinSport) – U13-U18 girls only
  • This is a community day for U13, U15, and U18 girls.
• Friday December 10^th – 4:45-5:30pm MST (Zoom Webinar) – open to anyone
  • Live Q&A with Team Canada and PWHPA athletes delivered through Zoom Webinar.
• Saturday December 11^th – Free Women-Only Coach 2 Training – 8:00am-12:00pm (WinSport) – Females Coaches only
  • Includes lunch and a ticket to the game at 12pm.
