We will be hosting our Summer 2010 Goaltending School at the Crowchild Twin Arenas.  Our school has 12+ hours of intensive on ice instruction, 8+ hours of dryland and 6+ hours of classroom and video training. School is for ages 8-18 with goalies separated into 3 levels.

Our on ice instruction has an excellent student to instructor ratio and the focus is on developing each student both physically, and mentally to create a better overall performance.
 
Goaltenders who attend will learn up to date techniques and apply them through a training progression that allows for better understanding of the position and how to develop his/her individual style.

Classroom topics include game strategies, mental preparation, high performance nutrition and much more! Our off ice program provides a variety of exercises that will assist with the students on ice endurance, reflexes and athleticism.

Accel Goaltending School
Date: August 9^th-13^th, 2010
Location: Crowchild Twin Arenas (Calgary)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm each day.
Costs are as follows:

Level 1 Beginner $425 CDN (generally ages 8-10)
Level 2 Advanced $475 CDN (generally ages 11-14)
Level 3 Elite $625 CDN (generally ages 15-18)

Meals: Students can bring their own lunch. We will have lunch available for an additional cost of $40 for the week. Some addition sports nutrition products will also be made available for purchase. Please have your own sports water bottle clearly labeled with your name and last initial.

Accommodation: We have a sponsorship in place with Days Inn and they have reserved a special rate for Accel students and families so please contact us if you require a hotel for the week.

Space is limited to 16 students per level. Registration is by first come first serve basis and paid entries receive priority.
